cigarette smell slow check-in

I had booked a non-smoking room, but I smelled cigarette smoke. It was not a pleasant experience. the self-check-in process was not smooth. The staff ended up spending more time trying to fix issues, they could have checked me in manually faster.

great experience, small issues

perfect location lawsons store luggage service easy access

the location was perfect for my plans. it was close to the train station. a lawsons store was conveniently located in the building. the luggage service worked very well, which i really liked.

my room had a slight bad smell, even when nobody use it for hours. facilities seemed a little more run down compared to other similar hotels i stayed in. i hope they fix this quickly.

the hotel includes a small spa included with the room, that's a good thing. there is a lawson store on the ground floor of the hotel. it is very convenient for buying drinks, snacks or basic necessities.

a buffet and a convenience store are right downstairs in the hotel. the breakfast was good and offered variety. this makes getting meals and snacks very easy at any time.

the room included necessary items and was clean. the beds felt comfortable, important for good rest. i had a twin room non-smoking, and it was well maintained.
